L'atmosfera è quella tipica da baita di montagna, con interni in legno
e profumo di buono che arriva dalla cucina. La locanda con ristoro è proprio
nel centro della cittadina ed è meta prediletta da tanti affezionati clienti.
Qui la pizza ha un ruolo importante, perchè tanto piace nella versione in cui
viene proposta: sottile, croccante e ben condita. L'atmosfera e servizio sono
familiari e accoglienti. La tonda che arriva in tavola si condisce con
ingredienti genuini e si ispira ai classici all'italiana, dalla Margherita,
alla Marinara, alla Capricciosa, qui davvero ben fatta. Da non perdere le pizze
di montagna che pescano a piene mani dalla tradizione locale: la Chamois, bianca
con fiordilatte, Fontina, stracchino, motzetta e noci e la Cervinio con palate,
uovo, pancetta e Parmigiano Reggiano. Si beve bene, da una carta semplice e ben
costruita.
