The new format of the volcanic Felix Lo Basso is inspired by Northern Europe: long Imposed menu (12 courses that take into account allergies and intolerances) that changes regularly according to supplies and current market, price fixed and common dinner start time for everyone, subject to essential booking. The show is staged in a former bakery in a beautiful residential area of the city. The restaurant is cozy, obviously modern and completely new, but it includes several spaces, in which models of gorillas peek out: the chef's favorite animal, as well as a symbol, even philosophical, of this new location. Private room with large LCD screen and a tavern-cellar in which wines produced in Canton Ticino by his partner stand out.
