Inside the prestigious Milano Verticale I UNA Esperienze hotel, in the Corso Como area, Enrico Bartolini signs this venue in which elegance, comfort and design are the key words to interpret the concept and the refined lines of the spaces, inspired by the city of the second half of the twentieth century , that of Gio Ponti. The resident chef Michele Cobuzzi with a precise hand creates dishes with modern flavors enhanced by the excellent raw materials coming mainly from his land of origin, Puglia.
