Just outside the center, inside a former bus depot transformed into a design room with essential furnishings, the chef tries his hand at a kitchen line that always starts with a careful selection raw materials, confessing a weakness for the acidity of some ingredients and the smoking of others, as well as for the play of contrasts. The formula includes two "elastic" tasting menus in the number of courses, with the possibility of extracting individual dishes a la carte: (no less than two, but don't worry: it will be easier for you to choose at least three!)
