The cuisine proposed by the refined Iyo can only refer to the Japanese gastronomic culture, although it goes beyond - often - in reinterpretations that take into account national tastes and influences. Particularly wide choice a la carte (but if you feel lost among so many dishes the excellent staff will be ready to help you), as well as classic proposals that you expect in a restaurant of the Rising Sun - sushi in the most famous variations, sashimi and tempura to name but a few - however, flanked by more creative recipes or, better said, fusion, that is, the result of original combinations of the chef between Japanese and European elements, or more.
