Marica Ranieri and Andrea Moroni dreamed of their place so well cared for, fresh and modern in the furniture, centered and quality in the proposal, the discs that come to the table start from a slow and controlled leavening of more than 60 hours, so light and digestible. Only selected ingredients are chosen to season and fresh ingredients are preferred. The Margheria is well done, the Bufalina with raw buffalo is tasty and fresh. A wide offer that ranges from pizza to grilled food passing through ethnic dishes. Lots of things and well done, served in a correct time and in a friendly and professional way. Il Desiderio is a historical place in Ancona and its pizzas - fine and crispy - are a must that never goes out of fashion. The digestibility of the product is excellent, the pleasantness of the bite is guaranteed by the fragrance of the base that supports classic condiments. The choice of flavors is vast: Parmigiana (with eggplant, sausage and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese), Verace (with buffalo and piennolo tomatoes), sausage and hot pepper... The menu offers a good selection of classic starters, from bruschette to fritters, to crescia with mortadella. There is also a rich selection of desserts which, however, remains in the traditional repertoire of the pizzeria. Warm environment with soft lighting and open kitchen.
