The loyal customers of this sign say that "it's not summer without Anema e Pizza" and so the reopening post-Covid has been welcomed as a real godsend. A few kilometers from Naples, the pizza is signed Ciro Savarese. Founded in 2002, at first it was just a takeaway, then it became a pizzeria. An entire family dedicated to the art of making dough: on the maternal side, it is linked to the Oliva family, pizza makers in Naples, on the paternal side, for three generations, pizzas have been made first by the grandfather, then the father, now Ciro, but the very young son Alessandro is already working in the pizzeria. Ciro's cornerstones are the personalized choice of flours (few ingredients, almost always local, to make up the different toppings) and the maniacal care for the dough. The rooms are fresh and modern, with the production area located immediately at the entrance, in full view. Among the variants to the classic tonde, stand out the "gricia" with crispy Cinta Senese bacon, the montanara with Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop and the "childhood memories": piennolo del Vesuvio, a delicate basil mousse, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop, Provolone del Monaco Dop, reduction of yellow tomatoes and olive oil, a real journey of emotions. Staff only courteous and attentive. Correct prices.
