MODERN - ELEGANT m-3-forchette The bell rings of what appears to be a private residence; an impression that continues in the elegant room with a pleasant mix of ancient and modern elements, nineteenth-century ceiling and fireplace, contemporary paintings. The original combinations seem to anticipate what comes from the kitchen. There are two menus to choose from: the shorter one with the chef's classic recipes, the longer one (but with the same weight - they specify in the dining room), with surprise proposals. The dishes are playful in the presentations, the ingredients sometimes combined in such a way as to refer to other products or recipes in appearance, revealing themselves to be anything but tasted. Everywhere the remarkable technical preparation of the chef erupts. At the end of the dinner, the meaning of the allusion contained in the name of the restaurant will be revealed: a cuisine of contrasts between temperatures, textures, land, sea and more, which will make those who prefer a gastronomic experience full of challenges and surprises fall in love with.
