The man of records: this is the definition that we read most often of Enrico Bartolini, because there is no one like many starred restaurants in many parts of Italy. But this on the third floor of the Museum of Cultures is the flagship, the restaurant that thrilled him has collected Milan by bringing back to the city the three stars that first in Italy only Gualtiero Marchesi conquered in the city of Milan.
