Thin, with a pleasantly fragrant edge and well-dosed seasonings, even in the most complex variants. It starts with a dough made with biga, 00 flour, type 1 and a part of durum wheat which adds fragrance to the pasta. You cannot go wrong with a good Margherita, or with a simple and very good red one with raw ham, try the one with eggplants, olives, cherry tomatoes and stracciatella. For fans of the genre there is also a small section dedicated to pizzas with alpine cheeses. A well-stocked wine list is sure to fill your glass, drawing from the house wine shop (here you can also buy wine). Classic desserts are served and the service is always courteous.
