We found definite improvements in the dough at this upscale pizzeria inside the Artz Pedregal shopping center. The Margherita we tried was excellent, with top-notch tomato and mozzarella, impeccable oil, increasingly centered and digestible Neapolitan-inspired dough, nicely raised rim and soft, airy bite. The cuisine is also very good. Great strong point? A wine cellar from a thousand and one nights that draws on the extraordinary wine reserves of the Becco group.
