The magic of the Castello del Nero, a spectacular 12th century residence where the restaurant is located, offers a fairy-tale experience from the moment of your arrival that encapsulates many of the secrets that make Tuscany a special region: breathtaking views to be enjoyed in good weather, history narrated in the well-kept interiors, great ingredients including EVO oil and wine (of which the beautiful wine cellar is generously provided). But the most desired appointment is with the excellent cuisine of the friendly chef Di Pirro: technical, creative and at the same time full of taste, always presented with aesthetics worthy of the enchantment of the place. Dulcis in fundo, great attention is paid to the pastry with a dessert menu commendable for its imagination, as well as a symphony of sweet notes - at coffee time - such as pasticcini mignon, chocolates and macaroons.
