It starts early in the morning with croissants and then goes on until the evening with the proposals of the restaurant and pizzeria. The restaurant is a good mix and bears the signature of Piero and Paola Venturini. Stone-ground organic flours and sourdough are used for the pizza. The dough was developed by their children, first Guglielmo, a pupil of Bonci, then Giulia (currently at the helm of the pizzeria): the pizza looks like a focaccia, high and with a honeycomb structure that can be seen throughout the slice (natural leavening of over 24 hours). Slim and credible is the menu for dinner
(in the morning pizza is served by the slice), which offers about a dozen focaccias (with the possibility of tasting four different types), highly digestible and with combinations that wink at the customer.

From the simple red focaccia with "fiordilatte and raw ham", to the savoury and balanced white focaccia with "chickpeas, salt cod and rosemary". Right balance also for the starters on the menu, such as homemade suppli or tastings of goat cheese and salami.
