It's hard to say whether the pizza is superior or the cuisine at Luigia, the entrepreneurial project started in Switzerland by Enrico Coppola and Luigi Guarnaccia. To start with, bruschettone with dates and tuna belly or a sumptuous potato crocchè, followed by spaghetti with tomato sauce that deserve an encore. The cuisine is excellent, authentic as well as the toppings of the pizzas, particularly fragrant and airy, creative, with a level of hydration not so pushed. Above all, the Marinara Top with Cantabrian anchovies and the Miracolta. It drinks well.
