We returned to see Carmine Candito at his sign in the MiMo neighborhood, appreciating the pizza offerings as much as the cuisine. The pizzas are perfectly crafted and rolled out, cooked to perfection as rarely happens in the United States; well raised crust and satisfying bite. The Margherita is exemplary, the fried food is golden and crispy, and the desserts are of a good standard. To signal also the level of the panuozzo, excellent version sausage and friarielli. A little too contained, but with some interesting incursions, the selection of wines.
