ROMAN STYLE PIZZA
After trying many pizzerias in the city, we can say that the one baked at Campo de' Fiori is the best pizza in Oslo. The credit goes to Roman Fabio Pezzoli, whom we had already appreciated at the time of his work at Villa Paradiso, also in the city. He has been able to recreate an authentic emporium of Capitoline taste, starting with the pizza, low and fragrant. We appreciated the stuffed versions, starting with the one with mortadella, and the Carcerato: tomato, mozzarella, ventricina romana, olives and red onion. Very warm welcome and a great wine list for a place that is both pizzeria and restaurant well structured.
