From the passion for music to the one for pizza, from Rome to the adventure in Scandinavia. This is the path of Luca Platania, who landed in Finland first to clear customs for the classic Roman pizza alla pala, and then to dedicate himself to Neapolitan pizza since 2017: today there are three restaurants in Finland, plus one in Copenhagen. Long leavening for soft and fragrant rounds, with a crunchy crust and good digestibility. In the Helsinki restaurant, we recommend the classic pizzas, Marinara and Margherita, impeccable and incisive. Some wine choices denote a passion for drinking.

A first year of activity certainly not easy for the beautiful pizzeria of Francesco Oppido, who we had already appreciated in Bologna with the Stone Dipinte pizza, in collaboration with the Moeder Lambi brewery. The pizza, in fact, is made with natural yeast coming from the Cantillon brewery, and is stuffed with products selected in Belgium or imported from Italy, of the highest order. Try the excellent Mimosa with yellow Piennolo tomatoes, fior di latte and oregano and the Nuvola, Bettella ham 36 months, stracciatella, zest of lynon. Drink motto between a proposal of craft beers and wines from small Italian producers.
