This brand, which can boast two locations, one in Brentwood and the other in West Hollywood, has rightly made a name for itself. The credit goes to Daniele Uditi, from Caserta, who has been able to bring a precise philosophy of pizza, drawing on the best of local products. Stone-ground flours and San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte imported several times during the week. The dough is fragrant, well dimpled, digestible, we highly recommend the Carbonia and Bianca, with fior di latte, fennel sausage and red onions. Among the latest variations, the Sole d'Oro, with burrata cheese, yellow tomatoes, zucchini and zucchini flowers.

Vito Iacopelli, a young man from Puglia who has brought a breath of fresh air to the Los Angeles scene, is always on the up. In his restaurant in Melrose he offers different styles, starting from the Neapolitan one already successfully experimented with Prova, sourdogh pizza and 48 hours livetiazione. You can start with a vegetable timbale or a generous caprese; among the specialties we recommend the classic Margherita and the focaccias stuffed at the moment, such as the Italiana: crudo di Parma, tomato, burrata and basil. Less interesting is the proposal of pastas.
